Abby earned both her bachelor's and master’s degrees in accounting from Montana State University in Bozeman. She has over 17 years of Corporate Accounting experience in a variety of industries and is excited to leverage the skill and knowledge gained in those roles with our external clients. Abby enjoys tackling new projects and creating efficiencies within an organization.

Aimee Muffick // Marketing Operations and Social Media Manager

Aimee has been with Workmosis and its parent company for over 23 years. She holds an
associate degree in business management from MSU-Billings, a social media marketing
certificate, and is a Certified Associate of Project Management. Aimee values exceptional
communication for project success. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her kids in their
pursuits.

Alan Strupp // Facilities Manager

Alan has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. His over ten years of facilities knowledge and experience makes him the go-to guy for all the facility related items at the Power Block building in downtown Helena. When Alan is not fixing, building, or responding to tenants, he enjoys hiking in the Montana mountains.

Amy Skains // Senior Accountant

Amy received her B.S Business Administration Accounting degree from the University of
Montana (Go Griz!). She has been with Workmosis and its parent company for 25 years, working with both external and internal clients. She is committed to providing excellent customer service to her clients and their financial needs.

Brenda Valdez // Controller

Brenda has more than 30 years of accounting experience. She enjoys learning about new
businesses and helping them with their accounting and financial reporting. She holds a Montana CPA license along with CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) credentials. Her professional experience includes more than 20 years in Not-for-Profit Accounting and 12 years in a for-profit manufacturing environment.

As an experienced Systems Architect, Dave has a proven track record of designing and building robust and scalable IT infrastructures and software systems. With a deep understanding of on-premise and cloud platforms, network architecture, security protocols, and system integration, he works to create solutions that are both efficient and flexible to meet evolving business needs.

Jeff Floerchinger // Director of Client Finance

Jeff holds an accounting degree from Montana Tech and a Finance MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. As the Director of Client Finance, he loves working with numbers and doing business impact analysis that involve reconciliations, projections, forecasting, and reporting as well as helping clients find solutions to help their organizations become more efficient so they can focus on their missions.

JereAnn has been in her role at Workmosis since 2021. She thoroughly enjoys interacting with and assisting the public and our building tenants with their needs. She previously worked 32 years in Montana state government. JereAnn holds a B.S. in Psychology from Montana State University.

Jim has been PC/Network Specialist at SAF/Workmosis for over 15 years. He takes work ethics very seriously and can be relied upon to accomplish any job and provide good customer service while doing it. Jim is a real team-player and brings the best out of the people he works with.

He has excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. He is known to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, where he can continuously learn and grow.

Jolene Selby // Chief Financial Officer

Jolene holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Cal State Bakersfield and a master’s degree in finance from Indiana University Bloomington. Jolene attained a CPA license and started in public accounting for 7 years then moved to management in newspapers for 11 years. She started with our organizations in 1999 as Controller and has progressed to her current role of CFO.

Lynn possesses a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration. With over three decades of experience in the accounting sector, she has dedicated more than 18 years to Workmosis and its parent company. She enjoys numerical analysis and providing insightful financial data to both internal and external stakeholders.

Mike has been in IT for more than 30 years in various positions specializing in network engineering and administration, information security, telephony, server/storage administration, and helpdesk. Mike is an experienced professional, well versed in all aspects of information technology with proven success. Away from work, Mike enjoys spending time in the mountains with his family and friends.

Prudie Gildroy // Operations Support Specialist

Prudie has been in her role at Workmosis since 2021. She also provides freelance legal
secretarial/paralegal and legal transcription services to a variety of attorneys and state agencies. She worked as a committee secretary at the biennial sessions of the Montana Senate for 22 years. Her work history also includes data management, publishing, and graphic design. Other interests include art, music, and theater.

Scott has his BS in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Montana and has over 20 years of operations and information technology experience. He spent his early years as a consultant, in application development in Silicon Valley. Scott currently enjoys operations management and the challenges that come from helping to solve issues using both technology and people.

Sharon has extensive experience with database design, development, and implementation of database systems, along with extensive knowledge of database security, file structures and data dictionary concepts. Additionally, she also has a lot of experience optimizing database systems for performance and operational efficiency, along with data analytics.

Sharon has dedicated over 30 years in the administrative field providing office management and support functions to multiple Boards of Directors, Presidents, CFOs, and Senior Management Teams.  Sharon is proud to have held only 3 jobs in her career having spent over 23 years with Workmosis and its parent company, 14 years with St. Peter’s Hospital and a short stint, while in high school, with the Montana-Wyoming Foundation for Medical Care.
